1. About Airosell

Airosell Pty Ltd ("Airosell", "we", "us", "our") operates an online classified marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across Australia. By accessing or using Airosell you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Australia to create an account and list items for sale. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Listings and Transactions

Listings must accurately describe the item. Misleading descriptions are prohibited.
You must have the legal right to sell any item you list.
Airosell is a venue, not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
You are solely responsible for arranging payment and delivery with the other party.

5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

You must not list or facilitate the sale of:

Illegal goods or services under Australian law
Weapons, firearms, or ammunition (without appropriate licencing)
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Hazardous materials
Adult or explicit content

You must not harass, defame, or threaten other users, post spam, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting on Airosell you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Airosell is not liable for any loss or damage arising from transactions between users, inaccurate listings, or any interruption to the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
